At Luxe Locs, we understand that receiving your hair extensions as quickly as possible is important to you. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.

You'll have the ability to see and review the charges that will be accrued upon shipment of your goods after you enter in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of the shipping charge before you submit your credit card and confirm your order. We use a variety of carriers to ensure safe, reliable service delivery.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

 

SHIPPING MISINFORMATION

We cannot be held responsible for orders that are misrouted or delayed due to incorrect information. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included. Incomplete address information (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW) can delay the delivery of your order. We invite your to contact the customer service page for help correcting an address on a previously placed order. 

 

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email shipment confirmation. We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if for any reason your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
